Choose A New Home

We have carefully designed a number of two storey & bungalow plans to suit most modern families needs.

Once you have chosen a home that suits your needs, the next step is to contact your real estate agent.  If you do not have a realtor, you can work directly with one of our sales representatives.

Purchase Your New Home

Once you have established your realtor, they will work with you to write an offer. This offer is very specific to new home construction. It contains an immense amount of data concerning your new home, the warranty that is involved, the brochure plans, the specifications, and of course, the offer itself. We encourage you to read through this offer carefully with your realtor and your lawyer.

Select Your Finishes

Once the offer has been written, and any conditions have been removed, before we begin your home, the selection process begins. At this point you will have the opportunity to decide on your finishes & colours in your new home. On the typical home you would choose the following from our samples:

Paint colours

LVP / LVT Flooring colours.

Kitchen and bathroom cabinetry colours and styles

Kitchen and bathroom countertops colours

Interior door style.

Phone & cable rough-in locations

This is also your opportunity to upgrade from our standards to the following:
